Global Search
With the global search bar (pictured below), you can search for just about anything within ShopManager.
Search Types
The length and type of term you search for will determine what results you can get. The table below illustrates the different possibilities - running from top-to-bottom, the first matching format will be the format used.

| 4 Numbers (NNNN) | Service Job ID's |
| 'OSR' + 4 Numbers (OSRNNNN) | On-Site / Remote Job ID's |
| 'I-' + 4 Numbers (I-NNNN) | Invoice Numbers |
| 2 Letters + 4 Numbers (AANNNN) | Computer PC ID's |
| Anything Else | Customers - Search by: First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone, Mobile, Email, Address or Suburb |
