Customer Details
Once you've added a customer, you can see all the details for this customer, including:
- Contact Details
- Map of Address
- History: Jobs, On-Sites, Computers and Invioces
Updating
You can update the details for your customer by simply editing the text-boxes on the left-hand side, and clicking Update Customer.
Passwords
If you use CustomerCentral, you can generate a new password for your customer by clicking the appropriate 'Send New Password By:' button for either Email or SMS. A new password will immediately be sent by that medium, and their old password will no longer be valid.
Directions
Directions: You can get directions from your store to the customers address by clicking the Google Map in the bottom-left-hand corner of the page.
Customer History
The right-hand-side of the page will list the following for the customer:
- Jobs - Current and Completed
- On-Sites - Current and Completed
- Computers
- Invoices
Delete A Customer
To delete a customer, click the 'Delete Customer' button in the left-hand column. You must first delete any jobs, invoices, computers and on-sites associted with a customer before you can delete them.
