Admin -> Staff & Stores

Location: {Your_SM_URL}/admin/staff/


To add new staff members and stores, click the buttons

To edit existing staff members and stores, click the buttons

To delete existing staff members and stores, click the buttons

Staff Permissions

To access the permissions settings for a particular staff member, click the 'edit' button next to that person's email address.

AreaOptions
Jobs

No Access: Prevent staff member from accessing any part of the Jobs area, also hides navigation links.

View Only: Prevent staff member from editing/adding to any part of the Jobs area.

Edit: Allows staff member to add jobs, costs & notes, edit jobs, costs & notes, checkout jobs. Does not allow deleting jobs.

Full Access: Allows staff member to delete jobs, in addition to all functions of 'Edit' permission.


Show: List only jobs assigned to, or added by, that staff member - or all jobs in ShopManager.

Show: List only jobs in that staff member's store - or all jobs in ShopManager.

Computers

No Access: Prevent staff member from accessing any part of the Computers area, also hides navigation links.

View Only: Prevent staff member from editing/adding to any part of the Computers area.

Edit: Allows staff member to add computers & parts, edit computers & parts. Does not allow deleting computers.

Full Access: Allows staff member to delete computers, in addition to all functions of 'Edit' permission.

Invoices

No Access: Prevent staff member from accessing any part of the Invoices area, also hides navigation links.

View Only: Prevent staff member from editing/adding to any part of the Invoices area.

Edit: Allows staff member to add invoices & items, edit invoices & items. Does not allow deleting invoices.

Full Access: Allows staff member to delete invoices, in addition to all functions of 'Edit' permission.

Customers

No Access: Prevent staff member from accessing any part of the Customers area, also hides navigation links.

View Only: Prevent staff member from editing/adding to any part of the Customers area.

Edit: Allows staff member to add custoemrs & their details, edit custoemrs & their details. Does not allow deleting custoemrs.

Full Access: Allows staff member to delete custoemrs, in addition to all functions of 'Edit' permission.

Staff

No Access: Prevent staff member from accessing any part of the Staff & Stores area, also hides navigation links.

View Only: Prevent staff member from editing/adding to any part of the Staff & Stores area.

Full Access: Allows staff member to add/edit/delete Staff & Stores.
